I've been to their old and new location, and both were nice. I've never had a bad experience when visiting, and they're happy to work with me on a hairstyle even when I dont come in for a while between haircuts.

I used to thing this place was great until I tried making an appt with quinn to get my hair cut and dyed before I returned to work after I had surgery on my hand. I was ignored and rudely hung up on. Noone returned my calls to let me know anything or that I needed to find another hair person. Very unprofessional.
Went there for the first time today and I'm so very pleased with the service I received! Very welcoming and a comfortable environment and very happy with my new haircut. They were patient during my indecisiveness on my length and was patient and made sure we got what we wanted. Highly recommend!
